The Calgary Congress for Equity & Diversity in the Arts

The Calgary Congress for Equity & Diversity in the Arts (CCEDA) is a collective effort of diverse artists to recognize, celebrate and enhance the capacity of Calgary artists, companies and stakeholders to increase equity and diversity in the arts. We welcome, and draw expertise from, the participation of diverse artists and artistic perspectives in shaping and furthering our work.

Our ultimate goal is to create a team of diversity educators and interveners, who are equipped to provide arts companies and stakeholders with the capacity needed to establish equity as a core artistic value, collaborate with diverse artists, staff and board members, and sustain intervention initiatives.
